What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company, vertical, and message. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps short-lived edge logs that include IP address and user-agent, which we use to keep the site online and defend against abuse.

What we don’t collect

No accounts. No payment data. No tracking cookies. No third-party advertising pixels. We do not buy, enrich, or merge contact data with outside sources.

How we use it

We use the contact form submission to reply to you and, if there is a fit, to scope an engagement. We use aggregate, anonymous analytics to understand which pages people read. We do not use your data to train machine-learning models, ours or anyone else’s.

Where it lives

The site runs on Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Workers. Transactional email is sent via Resend. Analytics is Plausible. Each provider processes data on our behalf under their own published terms.

Sharing

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or hand it to brokers. We disclose data only to the processors above, to people who help us run the consultancy under confidentiality, or where the law compels us.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you similar rights, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To exercise any right, email us using the address below.

Cookies

We use Plausible, which is cookieless and does not track visitors across sites. The site sets no marketing or advertising cookies. A small number of strictly necessary cookies may be set by Cloudflare for security and integrity.

Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Edge logs are rotated by the hosting provider on a short cycle, typically days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be summarised here.
