Terms

effective 2026-04-27v1

Scope

These terms cover your use of thinklazy.xyz and the content we publish on it. They do not govern any engagement we run with you; engagement work is set out in a separate, signed agreement that takes precedence.

Use of the site

You may read, link to, and quote the site for non-commercial and ordinary commercial reference, with attribution. You may not scrape it at volume, attempt to break its security, misrepresent who sent a contact form, or use it to do anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The wordmark, copy, design, and code of thinklazy.xyz are owned by thinklazy or its licensors. Short quotation with attribution is fine. Republishing whole pages, re-using the wordmark, or training models on the site without permission is not.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the site is professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, thinklazy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred euros (€100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

External links

The site links to third-party pages we find useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Italy have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
